Rendering Science - Clarity and Concepts
GNSI is excited to join with the AIMBI (Australian Institute of Medical and Biological Illustration) for our 2019 Conference Exhibit, digitally displayed at the Queensland Museum in Brisbane, opening reception July 1, 2019, at 7 pm.
Exhibit Dates: July 1st – 7th 2019, and online.
Eligibility: Open to all GNSI and AIMBI (Australian Institute of Medical and Biological Illustration) members in good standing.
Location: Digital projection at Queensland Museum, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
Reception: Monday, July 1, 2019. 7 pm (during the annual conference).
Submission fee: Free!
Submission limit: 2 pieces per member.
Subject: Science or nature-related themes.
Media: original artwork, sculpture, or multimedia pieces created with traditional or digital techniques or a mix thereof.
Photography - please detail camera, lens, post-production processes - these can include a blend of digital illustration and photography.
Submission Deadline: 11:59pm Tuesday, April 30 EDT (USA)
2:59am, Wednesday, May 1 May 1 (AU)
All submissions will be received digitally.
Acceptance notification by June 5, 2019 (by email).
